Ideal candidates hold ENERGY STAR, Net Zero, and/or Built Green certifications and have a track record of working with builders to ensure compliance with energy codes and high-performance building standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Registered Energy Advisor specializing in new home construction, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting EnerGuide evaluations for new homes, ensuring compliance with NRCan, Provincial, and utility program standards
Performing modeling and energy assessments for Net Zero, ENERGY STAR, and Step Code compliance
Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders and contractors
Managing your own schedule, leads, and documentation submissions
Educating builders and homeowners on available rebates and incentive programs
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Registered NRCan Energy Advisors with experience in new home construction
Certified in (or willing to obtain) ENERGY STAR, Net Zero, and Built Green for New Homes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting performance and quality targets
Physically able to conduct thorough on-site evaluations (e.g., climbing ladders, entering attics, accessing crawl spaces)
PAY & BENEFITS
Earning potential: $60,000–$90,000 per year (Partner-based split, dependent on completed evaluations)
